      This was filed yesterday, the same day HHS renewed the 90 day EUA (Emergency Use Authorization). Without the EUA, no masks, no tests and no experimental injections. Also would probably halt FDA early approval which is important because jobs mandating “vaccines” can’t do this under the EUA, even though two judges one in Indiana and one in Texas said they could, in complete violation of the law. So we’ll see where this goes and whether or not Law actually exists in this country any longer. If we win this, there will be one hell of a reckoning to be had. Part of this case deals with the rt-pcr test and essentially how it was misused to create the conditions for these injections.

          Thanks for posting. It will be interesting to see proof on whether covid is a life threatening condition. It seems that the emergency is based on statistical “creativity”
          It is good to see push back on the emergency declaration.
