Stuff is going to happen! China already have a deal with Afghani gov for a big azz copper mine. Why did USA leave all the mineral assets? Chinese military planning to enter Afghanistan? Beijing says it wants to ‘drive out terrorists’and conduct joint operations with Islamabad. Is this another recipe for disaster?

      The Taliban will not go down like the Tibetans did. China is in for a big surprise. I can already see the book written on this ,it will be yellow and I do mean yellow , and black entitled Empires for Dummies.

  For a few, The Source by James A. Michener, a novel published in 1965 is an excellent read – a novel with lots of non-fiction info spanning 10,000 years in this area, as only Michener could write.
