    He is to cast sacred lots to determine which goat will be reserved as an offering to the LORD and which will carry the sins of the people to the wilderness of Azazel.

    One goat sacrificed to the Lord and the other cast out…Why, oh why does this resonate so well?

    This refers to the law of atonement and Aaron’s sacrifice.

    Do we have anything to atone for and again I ask what agreement are we reconciling with the new funding bill? Reconciling CAF’s accounting errors? The 2020 census? All of the above. Did the reconciliation Bill need to be passed before the Census data was released?

    What Is Reconciliation?
    Reconciliation is an accounting process that compares two sets of records to check that figures are correct and in agreement. Reconciliation also confirms that accounts in the general ledger are consistent, accurate, and complete.

      The reason for this redrawing of the election map[gerrymandering] can’t be shown; is the public census is now privatized*, as are the USSA [$]election[$].
      *The USSA Census is public, when taken; once paid for by the people, it immediately becomes the proprietary information of the Democratic Party[Executive Order].
      Law is an instrument of control, not an instrument of protection; as it was in the USA, but not in the USSA.
      Also COG[Continuation of Government], has also been captured by the Democratic Party, and changes will not be publicized by the proprietary USSA media.
      These are the current priorities of organized wealth, and of course, subject to changes in the world’s richest payoff$.

        One thing I feel the need to atone for is spending too much time and attention on the District of Columbia clown show and the worldwide shriek-o-meter, and not enough on preparing, in my own location and life, for an increasingly difficult future world.

            That is the point, pay attention to the big circus being whirled into existence and don’t pay attention to the sub structure lest you might affect change. But that world requires deep understanding, I think. You venture into it with lack of knowledge will have dire consequences. The tacit world is made simple for the purpose of controlled behavior, once you go into the sub-structure, the language is different, the means of communication is different and so are the obligation of that world. you can do some real damage to yourself and others and some won’t allow that.
