UK requesting its gold 50 years to the day of the Nixon gold exchange window speak more towards a contractual agreement being exercised than governance chaos. If there is an agreement what are its contents and how was it secured and who secured it with what collateral. More importantly why and by wjat mechanism is this agreement hidden from the public that is obviously being affected by it. If we understand that, we can understand our position in the world and only then can we start being responsible for our own decisions.
I’ve previously commented on the Mayflower compact and it specific verbiage and while common knowledge, we still believe these contracts are no longer binding in law. I propose this might be a part of the hinden system of finance that Dr Farrell discusses. What is known and see more and more is that global governance has never been done without contractual agreements but the most important ones are hidden from public view because of the type of law they invoke (private trust law). More importantly the idea that global governance is done outside of law I believe is wrong and only speaks to our misunderstanding of legal principles. We know that the system is highly immoral and careless about life at a certain degree from the perspective of the public.
Hypothesis to be useful needs to be confirmed by all data and boy oh not are we getting some these days.

While we may not be privy to and have specific knowledge of the content of a private trust between the grantor and the trustee even if we are a “beneficiary” by our own ascent, If we understand the mechanics of private law and very importantly the notary profession, we may gleam movements and behaviors within the current system which may inform us to a very different world by which our actions… which is the most important aspect in my opinion diverge greatly from the norm. Is this change in behavior beneficial and reinforce a long, fulfilled and good life? If this organization exists and we have plenty of evidence that it does, I propose that the laws it is using to operate are in the realm of private law which have international standards and specific organizations and professions associated with them such as the Worshipful Company of Sciveners of the City of London, one of the few common law jurisdictions in the world accepted in civil law societies. How do you identify a common surface? We do not know specifics but we are also given very specific misinformation about how things operate in the world and the world demands of us to understand more and more. I’ve had to understand more about cellular biology than I even wanted to but there you are. Maybe it’s time for people to make our own thing in the world like some paisanos did when they were left as a diaspora some decades back.
