The Saker’s blog is one I frequent because it comes from an entirely different perspective. I agree with a lot of what The Saker puts out, but NOT all. Pepe Escobar is one of the frequent journalists who’s work is shared on Saker’s site. IMO, Pepe is a very good independent journalist with a wide scope of topics discussed in depth. The Saker doesn’t dive into the weeds very much, which is clear when he and Catherine do their commentaries. He doesn’t share her position on a breakaway civilization with a significant leg up in space, I however do align with CAF and Dr. Farrell on this. In the end, you cant be all things to all people. I look at Saker as a niche analyst who tends to always look at things from a different angle than I do, which is something I find value in. His positions on topics often challenge my own, which is useful.

He has been predicting “imminent war” (i.e. overt shooting conflict between Russia and NATO) for years, otherwise interesting.
