  Everything tastes better with sauce…leave it to the French to be saucy. Good idea. Soon the tables will turn. Those sitting in the street will be the only patrons left. Will the business owners apologize or will the “street people” even patronize the joints afterwards? Will require one heck of a rebranding for the businesses.
