So Samsung hires Dish TV repair person to fix their washing machines because they contract with all sort of vendors… Well if looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and eavesdrops like a NSA, CIA, FBI, DHS duck then folks it must be a freaking duck!

Ok.; As it says, Samsung doesnt have an army of Dishwasher techniciens in order to solve the logistical side of these reparations, and sending people who are paid on how much service they sell… will ensure that they’ll try and sell services rather than repair your machine because they’ll be paid anyway.
This speaks rather candidly of the situation of using sub contractors. Its always the same problem. Its not their client, its not their product so they dont give a…… I’ve worked in transport networks where its all sub contractorS.. Its a Nightmare trying to get them to do anything.
