my speculation is that sedentary lifestyles (epidemic in a screen obsessed world) have contributed to systemic degradation of health.

Maybe. I am one because he discusses so many valuable topics and often has a first hour that is open to the public but will have to make it member only if the discussion covers topics that he knows will get censored. This one is particularly important as they discuss how to offset the EMFs.
