    • you must have peeved him off with the music comment BAz.. he didnt put any this time… tho.. the read my video format..meeh..

      • no, he originally included some music, but I travelled back in Time and deleted it

      • TL:DR?? Dont forget to look at the ground when you’re walking.. This si the result of 10 years of research and decades of study…
Mr Bosley, if you decide to take up Buddhism.. Let me save you you decades of meditation and study.. It’s “Sh1t Happens.. Deal with it”.. Holy crap.. no wonder this isnt get turned into a book.. he says nothing.

        • “I could be wrong”… Sounds like an Ancient Aliens episode.. Maybe.. Perhaps.. Could it be that ‘ALIENS’ once walked on Earth.. meeh.. he’s getting put in the Delonge folder..

    • Surely “time travel” is not what we see in tv stories. If we assume that the basis of all is awareness (cf. the Buddhist Consciousness Only school and Dzogchen), how could we “travel” lock stock and barrel back to 1986 or whatever with our present awareness, not to mention our present body? Both have changed due to the accumulation of experience in our own dualistic reality; which with practise might become less and less dualistic as we dwell increasingly in the “eternal present”, but then we might not be so concerned about “fixing” the past or indeed the future. This not to say that we cannot perceive and perhaps even influence the past or the future (see the work by T.E. Lethbridge on time in dreams). But would this be a good idea?

      • Perhaps to travel in Time means splitting mundane consciousness and arriving in a completely seperate, but similar, region/dimension. Your sense of corporeality reasserts itself in the new region, you go about your business, then rejoin your usual consciousness, leaving the alternate time-zone changed and your original starting-region relatively unperturbed ?

        • An longish discussion – but to discuss Time, you need Time…

          • In Grid of the Gods Dr.Farrell quotes Kozyrev: “In the case of Time, there also exists a variable property which can be called the density of intensity of time. In a case of low density it is difficult for time to influence the material systems, and there is required an intensive emphasis of the causal-resultant relationship in order that the force caused by the time pattern would appear.”

        • Okay, serendipitously, I am reading a new book by Neal Stephenson, extrapolator of social trends (see *Diamond Age* about nanotechnology and *Snow Crash* about corporate statehood and virtual reality) and explorer of deeper stories (see his *Baroque Cycle* about the life and times of Liebniz and other characters of the time and *Cryptonomicon* about the Japanese gold and modern day tech billionaires).
The book (co written with Nicole Galland) is called *The Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O.*. DODO = Department of Diachronic Operations. It is all about a secret government time travel programme to tweak time steams to affect current situation. The programme uses the occult and witchy powers administered in cryogenically cooled quantum state chambers…. it even includes a shadowy banking family. It’s not his best book and is a bit too “spoofed” for my tastes but I think it’s revealing some truths.
