Not long home from work and I was half-listening to the ABC News programme reporting that Russian FM Lavrov can guarantee that no tampering with evidence of chemical residue from bombs dropped in Syria has occurred. Of course I should be gladdened by this assurance, but I wonder if the same exotic scalar technology which Dr. Farrell speculated (in the last vidchat) might ameliorate the pernicious effects of radiation, and which may be deployed by the Russians, is the same kind of technology which might transmute poisonous chemicals into more benign (sic) substances thus preventing their proper identification ? I am suspicious but wouldn’t be surprised if it were true. Perhaps the same tech can turn a nasty fish toxin eg, tetrodotoxin, into something resembling a weaponized nerve agent ?

One thing I wonder is: does the chemical biological structure remain the same while the “information” it contains change in this kind of transformation? Something like what is perhaps occurring with homeopathic preparations where the physical substance is dissolved to be no-thing but the potency increases? What if the “information” of a substance / thing / being? can be altered by electromagnetic patterning…. maybe the right set of EM waves can re-set or create a-new standing wave “information” pattern?
