Easy money, sex, drugs and smooth talking “handlers” and dupification does take it’s toll. The aging rock and roll stars of yesteryear enjoyed a nice gig, seemingly unaware (pretty hard to do that with a doped body) of the ramifications of their songs and dances. I’ve been down that path too. I grew up knowing what a healthy lifestyle was, yet succumbed to the temptation of “try it, you’ll like it” and I did like it, so I turned off my intuitive “you know better”. The devil demons are tricky that way.

Don’t know why but gas lines were at several gas stations where I live in south Texas, to beat price increases? I heard the Motiva oil refinery in Port Arthur TX, the largest in North America shut down today because they can’t feed their finished products into the Colonial pipeline since it is shut down.

Yes I have acknowledged my addiction to this phone I am holding in my hands right now as I write this text. What else is needed?-
I know what you mean. I try to keep mine switched off and in a Faraday bag as often as possible – at least one or two days per week. I’ve had a cell phone for less than half my lifetime. Previously, I managed to live a full and happy life without it. Some, like Dr Farrell (and me even when mine is switched off), still manage it 🙂

Agree. I am at the point of always turning it off and keeping it off. Check it daily for messages and use it for online banking and ordering shopping items (just received a 432 Hz tuning fork :). Feeling much better. More time for sunshine with quiet time. Use mini iPad to check favorite sites, such as this site. Side benefit: longer…

The worker is on his way to Kentucky to repair a pipeline. He arrived last week and explained he was waiting to be called by his company. There are many pipelines in Kentucky. The cyber topic sure has increased a lot lately. More work and money for IT cyperware companies who produce both sides of the issue. -

Lately when when I see children referred to as “kids” I think of the goat worshippers that are currently abusing the world population which triggers my anger button.
As far as Seneca’s or Dr. Spocks’ advice on how to care for children, I would investigate their childhood development first.-
The world would be a different place right now if people stopt listening to outside authorities on what to think and feel (and acted upon rightful anger)!
