So many comment-able tidbits in this article…. the one most interesting to me is the role of plasma in oxygen formation. Interesting stuff plasma. Also interesting is the brief mention of the economics of a self sustaining Mars Colony.

An interesting initiative. Although sometime the National Archive does digitise and even provide free of charge pdf copies of interesting releases – like the 2017 Hess/Spandau related documents (nothing there about Hess’ 5 year imprisonment by the British!), to find the most important material you have to go there personally.
