I have an aeronautical engineer friend who many years ago explained that low frequency sound was used to “stress” test certain aircraft components. He always advised avoiding cars and other environments with deep, loud bass sound as being damaging to the body, specifically the kidneys.

There is significant development spinoff from these huge projects, like roads, railways, power lines. While I wouldn’t be surprised to find GERMAN firms connected with the project, the “Western” oligarchs, at least publicly, are still spouting cold war nonsense.

Yep while Russia and China are building stuff, the US is making war planes, tanks, bullets and naval ships and fighter jets.
And mad dog Mattis is constantly saying Russia will attack Europe, and that keeps NATO ticking over.-
Maybe it’s a tactic to keep prying eyes from seeing what is really going on.

Agree, this seems orchestrated. I think it’s part of the disengagement of the US from the machinery of global trade/order….some parties who otherwise might be on opposing sides seem to be strange bedfellows here 🙂
