      Definitely true from my experience working as a delivery driver managed by an “app” and not a person I ever interact with. My work record for clocking out early or ignoring assignments if I just “don’t want to work anymore” is horrid. I would never ever do that if I had a boss with a face I had to report to. I’m ashamed I actually have become such a irresponsible worker in that sense. I always thought I was “above” that juvenile sort of behavior, but I’m not.
