What’s the word on this? I haven’t seen any other stories. But isn’t this suspicious? Since RFK Jr. is an advocate against mandatory vaccines and the COVID-19 crisis is…[Read more]

The terminated this account. I watched several videos of Mr. Mackintosh reciting Rumi on this channel this weekend, and when I went to revisit them today I no longer had access. Does anyone know why?

We’re here and growing 😉 You wouldn’t believe how many kids my age I run into who are at least asking the right questions. I started a new part-time job and several of my co-workers are high-schoolers who on my second night were asking me “How does history even work? How come my history teacher knows “this is what happened” or “that is what…[Read more]

Well, I did ask Dr. Bus if his telescope rotated on mercury. That was the closest I got to mentioning Sunspot. He said no, but mercury is used for the mirror.

Part of me wishes I had challenged his claim just to watch his body language. When I walked by his booth later on, he didn’t attempt to make eye contact. I figured he knew I knew, or at least sensed my distrust. As if manipulating earthquakes and hurricanes wouldn’t also involve physics. As if the methods for protecting the earth against…[Read more]-

I only stuck around for an hour or so. I looked at some posters and listened to a couple short lectures about oumuamua. I didn’t ask anyone about Sunspot and no one brought it up.

I know it’s possible he truly believes what he said. Maybe he has devoted his energies to stopping the threat of pseudo science. Maybe he’s just a “good liberal” with the ugly habit of value signaling. (This is no virtue.)
Just because he’s a NASA employee, doesn’t mean he’s got his wits about him necessarily… -

The Division of Planetary Sciences is meeting in my city this week. I attended and spoke with Schelte “Bobby” Bus, the Deputy Director of NASA’s Infrared Telescope Facility in Hawaii for a little over 30 minutes today. Nearing the end of our conversation, he started talking about planetary defense. I kid you not this man looked me dead in the eyes…[Read more]

Hmmmmm. It seems he has at least two different types of causality in mind here. I also wonder whether he would hold that there is an irradicable incalculability (see Max Weber’s discussion of the falling, splintering boulder in, I believe somewhere in the back half of Roscher and Kneis: the logical problems of historical economics) involved in…[Read more]

If they’re upto Planteray Defense for Asteroids, then they’ll soon be pumping out space weapons to protect us from the Space Aliens…
This guy has spent a lot of time looking at the asteroid belt. You should have told him that we can control hurricanes and earthquakes.
Do you know what the latest ‘defense’ is? Putting a satellite into drag orbit…[Read more]-

Winston!
I made a post which I then deleted due to my youth and paranoia. But, surely it was you who asked a question in a recent vidchat about the book “The Physics of Angels” by Rupert Sheldrake! Which of course, focuses pretty heavily on Dionysius the Areopagite’s works if I’m not mistaken.
Also, I’m now in queue as well. -

Which book is referred to in dialogue 65? Anyone know off the top of their head?
-
As far as I remember, because I have been waiting for two books like that he has mentioned over the years, it is either a book about Dionysius the Areopagite and it’s real influence on Christianity that one of his friends was to write OR the book about St. Paul that Dr. DeHart was to write about and who he thinks St. Paul really was and it’s…[Read more]

I think this is a good addendum to your inquiry on this dialogue…the first 38 mins or so is fleshing this out. https://legacy.gizadeathstar.com/2013/07/members-vidchat-of-july-26-2013/

I’m very grateful for every single member on GDS! Anytime I get to feelin’ blue or lonely, all I have to do is pick up an old Vidchat and that apparent cloud of isolation dissipates. The internet can be so very toxic, but here I’ve found hearth and home. Thank you everyone!

Been working through the Byteshow for the second time after finishing all the dialogues- much better than streaming garbage TV. I thought repeating episodes would be annoying, but it seems I’ve forgotten everything and am learning with Dr. Farrell and Ms. George Ann for the first time again.
