Possibility on the Havana Signal: the Moscow signal was probably Soviet mischief to send a message that they knew above US covert microwave capabilities. So maybe the Havana signals are further messages about more uptodate US covert weapons techniques. View

Possibility on the Havana Signal: the Moscow signal was probably Soviet mischief to send a message that they knew about US covert microwave capabilities. So maybe the Havana signals are further digs from the Russians to show they know about some more up-to-date US covert weapons techniques.
