The social and economic history of endorphin-releasing chocolate is fascinating, and like tobacco and sugar cane, the substance had (has?) links with slave labour, was heavily taxed and even outlawed for having a pernicious effect on society…

Well to be fair chocolate contains complex molecules that the liver, for whatever reason, might find it hard to break down in various ages and stages of life. But any of the big commercial brands, especially the “Nasty” multinational, should be avoided at all costs. You can find dark chocolate that is (according to the label) produced with organic…[Read more]

I think chocolate stimulates Purkinji patterns; it’s a “wonderful” adjunct to watching a DVD or (God forbid) television, but I find it doesn’t go well with listening to music.

They say some documents have been held back for another 6 months: even the most media-hypnotised, sugar-guzzling citizen will wonder: what are they trying to hide??

Yes, I think there is something about papa Bush in those files.

Suspicions on media reports about the Catalan Affair. I’ve been unable to find much tangible info on what Catalan separatists want financially and economically. Yes, one Spanish bank has announced the move of its headquarters a few miles over the Catalan border. But apparently there are no plans for R0thschild to move their Barcelona offices.…[Read more]

Well that’s what I’ve said to my husband. And if the Spanish government allows the secession, the borders would have to close and they would have to get on with it once and for all. Or do they want to piggyback on the Spanish economy? My father, from Galicia, always said that the Catalanes were always a noisy lot. This time it seems that they…[Read more]

For Cataluña to get independence there have to be a civil war. Knowing many people in Cataluña that’s not going to happen. Young people especially want to remain an autonomous region and be part of Spain.

I think so too.

5G technology being tested in Adelaide from 2015 ? I guess it broke down because there have been no “false-flag” attacks here. Although we did have a big storm last year that wiped out the power supply for the whole state for a few hours…hmmm
-
Hmm….. two ways to look at this.. 5G has just come out.. and is being deployed.. however in todays age./. with so many terrorist attacks..its being linked to the cause, rather than just simple co-incidence.
OR..
Terrorist attacks are bieng used to see how the network handles stress.. like everyone calling averyone they know at once.. and how…[Read more]-

We can believe that when we see it. The question is, can a Saudi “prince” enact such a change by mere decrees and armed force?

Apart from vast unknown surface areas like Antarctica, there is an even vaster undersea region. Jules Verne understood that back in the 19th century…

I think this battle is a loser from the start. They are trying to impose “political correctness” made in USSA on the diversity of European countries. While in Italy – and I believe elsewhere – there have always been a lot of so-called “journalists” who cynically toe the party line, the public is just as cynical as they are. What I think is more…[Read more]

It seems to me that Joseph just voiced the same opinion he has held for a long time, i.e. that whatever Nibiru might have been, or be, it cannot be a planet careening through the orbits of the “known” planets every few thousand years.

When my eye first fell onto the sentence I read “longish comedy” – but perhaps Russian media is not yet quite up to satire on the antics of the Chinese oligarchs.

There is a lot of stuff under the sands of Araby and virtually no archaeological exploration. Add Antarctica and the Amazon -Basin. This means that it is nonsense to say that there is nowhere left to explore on Earth.
