“Curfew” happened for a time in Italy, and was widely ignored. Anybody who got a “fine” and appealed against it did not pay because the measure would not stand up in any court, since for this to be a “health” measure they had to prove that the “virus” went out hunting at 10pm and then went to bed at 6am.-
