Look into the legal basis for these measures… I imagine athe the “outbreak” figures do not refer to persons with actual “viral” pathologies but to those who show “positive” to wholly unreliable tests.

If I’m not mistaken Joseph said quite some time ago that when the time came to move imperial troops out of Germany, with whatever excuse, some of them would just be shifted slightly to the East.

It is just me or did that look like there was a bright and tiny aerial explosion right above that flat square building and that is where the explosion originates?
It looked more like there was some kind of either a fire or earlier explosion in what must have been an arsenal – not sure what kind (I am no expert but it sure looks like a “nuke” was in there and went off) but when it blew it took out the whole section of Beirut.
