This report may be music to the ears of psychopath politicians, but sounds more like a way to try to explain – or obfuscate – the pollution problem in Lombardy. Where, by the way, there have been many more victims of ILI – influenza-like illness – over previous years.

I periodically re-read my well-worn copies of the books, but have never been able to “connect” with the movies. Though admittedly the music is nice.

Agree with that Dana. The guest interviewed seems to be drawing from the books. They do however use images from the movie as slides to discuss key events. I found it interesting and will likely dust off The Fellowship of the Ring.

I read those in college and again just after grad school. I imagine I should go out and buy them all again as I have moved far too many times since then. I got pretty good at writing in elfin at one point in college as I had a friend who also wrote and read it and we would send letters to each other. It does seem appropriate to read the books again now.
