Well, DUH. How many cell tower are on Bali? That would be my first question. There are ZERO Wuhan20 patients in Austin and Travis County/Austin requires that you wear a mask when you go out. Time to start putting leaflets on cars like we did in college (Nam War period) since we can’t gather together. Start the movement.

Spoke to a nurse in a local hospital, all staff is still employed, yet not much to do. Her 35 bed unit used for elective surgery is empty since all those are cancelled, so she was reassigned.
Lay offs-
Hospital lay off stories due to lack of business would definitely be a no-no.
