In the “follow the money” line of thinking, now the refinery can be updated without going through a whole ordeal of lay-offs, shut downs, etc. Insurance? Meanwhile, it could keep the price of oil/gas here. Just thinking on keys…

Twice I’ve seen a semi-tractor trailer hauling oil field pipe w/no driver. Had to do a quadruple take as I couldn’t see if a midget was driving.
It had some device dangling/swinging from the top of the cab that looked like a 360 degree cam.
I see insurance exclusions in the future. -
