I’m still assessing the data, not sure.. but they claim it’s in Belgium (EU) hands, diverting interest into their own banks instead of proper Libyan official Fund account…[Read more]

Of course this is an area where we will probably never get 100% documented proof; there are a lot of parties “in the know” who for various reasons – whether complicity, blackmail or to havr “bargaining chips” – do not disclose much of anything.
