Try the book by Christopher Dunn called “The Giza Power Plant”.

Hi Erik. Petrie did the first real survey of the Pyramid… hang on.. scratch that, start again..
Petrie measured the Pyramids using contempory scales and measuring tools, however Cole was a professional surveyor and used more up to date techniques… (still almost 100 years ago..)
