This document is interesting to read.. Interesting that Monsanto and Xerow are well known Rockefeller companies.. and I think Rockefeller helped finance the start of Intel. and it was done by RAND.. ha ha.. Well if the CFR was on board then I’m sure the findings were completely unbiased and objective for Mr Rockefeller’s companies..
