Texas GOP chairman’s statement regarding Supreme Court’s dismissal of Texas case: “Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.” Not sure what to think of that.

Douglas Murray is one of the two best people I’ve ever heard on the subject of critical social justice theory and its effects. The other is James Lindsay, whom I recommend for anyone not familiar with what critical social justice theory is.
Just one example: “The Trojan Horse – Ep. 1: Deconstructing Communities | Peter Boghossian, James Lindsay”…[Read more]

Thanks for posting… Was waiting to read this. Seems to me Pennsylvania has put forward a stronger legal argument, but with courts, you never know. I think it’s going to come down to which electors ultimately get sent to the Electoral College.

“Some of the locally elected sheriffs”: Correct. With the emphasis on some. (From the inside, wishing there was somewhere else to look.)

Probably an HIV test looking for RNA found the RNA that was injected into people as an ingredient in the vax… Just goes to show how much some of these tests are worth. Kind of like the meaningless PCR test used to create the CV1984 casedemic.

… or HIV is being “thrown into” the vaccine. There seems to be quite a bit of “unknown” or “unable to identify” components in vaccines.
-
Nothing would surprise me… I don’t remember the reason given, but I know someone has claimed one of the vaxxes would make people more susceptible to HIV. I’ll take me chances with a respiratory infection, thanks!

You don’t get to be the world’s oldest multinational corporation, and one of the world’s most asset-rich, by giving money away…

You can’t make this stuff up: “It was announced this week that a ‘historic new partnership’ between the Vatican and ‘some of the world’s largest investment and business leaders’ called the ‘Council for Inclusive Capitalism’ has officially launched. Oh, and did we mention it is being helped along by … Lynn Forester de…[Read more]

Sure, if arbeit can machen you frei, and if voting for Trump can make a black person non-black, there’s no reason dying can’t be living!

The “dismissed for lack of standing” maneuver was the first thing that came to my mind too. I actually think the legal argument that a state as such has been harmed by voting fraud committed in other states is kind of a stretch. It’s individual voters who have been harmed. You’d think they could bring class-action suits in the states where fraud…[Read more]

Yep. So at least somebody’s using some decent legal strategizing on this attempt! Not that I believe legal arguments are what will ultimately make the difference in this case.

IMO the CIA and intelligence agencies have had the upper hand for decades now. That wouldn’t be anything new. Tons of people, including presidents, swear to uphold the law or the Constitution, and not follow illegal orders, but ignore those oaths routinely. BUT I do think the military will follow what they deem to be the legitimate chain of…[Read more]

Holy moly… (There was a city on the West Coast that mandated muzzles but exempted black residents, so I guess anything is possible now.)
I keep saying it, but this seems to me just one more opportunity for a lawsuit. Between nondiscrimination statutes and the Constitution, a lawyer could come up with something.
