      Hello.
      The “Webinars” link is under the “Membership” menu (third item from the bottom).

      Webinars are available to logged in (paying) members.
      Subscribers have access to basic website content.

      Subscribers may also post comments relevant to basic website content.

      Personally, I was a subscriber for more than 2 years before “upgrading my status”. I do not regret the choice.
