No, I actually reside 60 km s/sw from Prague. It is a area with a lot of mining history, large part of uranium supply of eastern bloc has been mined here.

This is the second one of these I’ve seen from two unconnected sources. They both show the same nanowire things. One of them also showed specks resembling ‘nanodust’. I know people who have had these ‘tests’. I don’t have the heart to tell them what’s been shoved into their brains.
