I think I may have figured out the issue connecting with Joseph on Telegram. Per their FAQ you’re supposed to use their username. Here’s a copy paste from their site:

I was just looking at Telegram and they also have an @ username for each member like twitter. If you go into your account section of Telegram it should show you what you set up for yours. Hiya all,

Thanks for sending the support ticket! I was going to, then forgot… I think the website’s server has to be configured a certain way in order for it to be accessible via IP address.

Giza doesn’t use a static IP, I did an nslookup and got the current IP but it varies.
