I was reading about the idea in philosophy called “Supervenience” and wondered how it might relate to the Top Metaphor; it seems to have some similarities…

It’s not an idea/concept I’m familiar with… sounds like a vidchat question!

I think Supervenience says that people, things and worlds have enfolded within them properties which always reflect intrinsic higher and lower order sets of data, but I’m not sure yet. Gotta think this one out…

I think of vaccinations as gateway drugs, probably for many legal and illegal drug profit lines. I’m not sure that, and fear of disease, is all that is behind the fervor to promote them, though.
