If you REALLY want to get rid of candida overgrowth then you have to start by cutting sugar completely out of your diet – that means read labels and try and make all your meals yourself from scratch. If you are eating correctly, you dont need any more than the sugar from one apple per day.

No doubt refined sugar is poisonous. Ive had fantastic results with oregano oil
zapping sinus and lung funkus.-
I’ve also used calcium bentonite clay (internally) to help in elimination of candida, together with removing sugar from my diet. [specifically: Living Clay (R)] It has many other benefits 😉

Yes, everything is ok, thanks. My family including my Russian wife, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat, are living here in SPb. I myself am Finnish. I have been here in Russia now almost 3 years.
