I am European based,but I use the Solgar brand niacin 100mg.
Those bloody fiends make good stuff!
If you want the best results make sure to use the “flushy” kind.

No, I actually reside 60 km s/sw from Prague. It is a area with a lot of mining history, large part of uranium supply of eastern bloc has been mined here.

The suggestions on this forum I followed thru have led to very interesting books. Still digesting “invoking the beyond” by Paul & Phillip D. Collins. I would have never found this on my own.-
Do you recommend? I too added that to my wishlist based off the recommendation. Haven’t ordered yet as I’m somewhere around 8 books deep in my backlog on the nightstand.

Same here…about half way thru The Gulag and Stalin Waiting for Hitler, then 2 of Josephs open and reading at once ;)…all heavy and meaningful.

I’ve also found Solgar to generally be a reliable, high-quality brand. It’s a U.S. company and I’m in the U.S., but I know at least some of their products are sold in the UK.

I follow this odd homeless person. His very interesting stuff is already mostly censored. He made them wandering thru the woods of Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Switserland. Filming the castles and private surroundings the forbidden places for us mundanes. Interesting murals and…[Read more]-

Oh, this brings back memories! My time for “follies” has come and gone into the mist of time. But once I was into riding motorcycles and I don’t mean a chopper but a fast racer that could outrace Ferrari ect. Imagine the horror of the drivers when they saw I was a girl. -
