This is an extremely interesting topic. There is another side to this, however: heavy solar activity has been associated with violent human activities like wars. Something that students of cycles and real or aspiring social engineers know.

Thank you. That is the first article I have seen that has a legitimate proposal for what needs to be done. It is an approach the USA and Australia should consider in place of the horrendous island detention centres run by the Australian state or the political football that these human beings are turned into by the political candidates and parties.
