That happened to me and I was honored to be in your shadow… it showed up on the page and then quickly disappeared as I hit “post”. I have looked at the words that I tried to post and nothing jumped out at me. It was as if there is a subject eliminator now, not just word prohibition.

Starting a post with quotation marks might be something it doesn’t like–I tried to post something, and it didn’t work till I rewrote it so it didn’t start with a quote. It’s probably something like blakecosmos and Forum Borealis said. I imagine it’s also possible that the web hosting service, if it’s shared web hosting for instance, can’t always keep up with the traffic. In any case, I’m 99.999% sure the disappearances are tech glitches rather than anything deliberate.
