… since we sometimes tilt theological (as well as political) around here … see Ched Myer’s book Binding the Strong Man: A Political Reading of Mark’s Story of Jesus. I enjoy reading Myer’s work, but am always sure to have a full salt shaker nearby.
He does have an agenda or two nonetheless a worthwhile engagement.

Him I expected, due to his size and reach. (not that I find this tolerable either) but when they come after a site that size and nowhere near the extremities of viewpoints, and rhetoric of an AJ, we need to be awake to the fact that the GDS site and content is decidedly at risk.

She DOES “game the system” for treats after going outside. It’s been a struggle to house train her, and then also to try to get her settled down from whatever abuse she had before. Plus I’m still leaning her moods and whines and so on.

I JUST finished chapter eight, with one more, plus an appendix, to go, and I THINK maybe, just MAYBE, I managed to pull this whole “philosophical angle” off, even when discussing nuts and bolts… or in this case, frequencies and modulation.

Anybody else smell “footnote” here. Well looks like we might get it before the holiday season. I also wonder if Shiloh will get a mention on the acknowledgement page, she must have been some sort of help.

Many footnotes, and lots of paring to keep the page count relatively low for self-publishing, to keep the cost low to the reader. Plus I’m trying to avoid certain oft repeated areas in the topic, and concentrate on the philosophical angles… so yes, I’m hoping to have it done soon.
