Solar minimum has led to a higher incidence of neutrons (besides of course UV etc.) in the lower atmosphere. This could be related to the report of pilots losing their sight on a Cathay flight just posted by @tirion

If I were to guess, and this is just a guess, it will benefit “them” and their automated system(s) that are being rolled out globally. We are on the precipice of hundreds of millions of jobs being either a) obsolete, or b) automated. 5g may be a necessity for this automation to take place.
