It’s a common practice among the white collar criminals. EU gives them a refugee status with 100% certainty. France have many of them too. Not only the white collar thugs, but hardcore murderers and mafia bosses also.

They do the same here in the UAE…. there are some properties and retail stores here that are so long unoccupied (the properties) and so little patronised (the retail stores) that they can only be “something else” than what they appear.

Yes. I’m sure Putin’s FSB has a special bad fish unit, who’s only job is to hunt down ex-spies. Specially those spies, who were in Russian prison before, but later released. And if the fish is not bad enough, they are ordered to use some Russian made chemical weapon, which can be easily traced back to Russia.

I sort of jumped around depending on what I had been hearing in interviews or wanted to follow a certain thread. Did you also get the ones only available on Lulu? And, of course, reading later ones helped me incorporate threads from earlier ones. My understanding of the whole is ever evolving.
