Dragged myself back to reading Gods. Where to begin? I appreciate PL’s attempts to view the Phenomenon in different ways, but sticking to the official narrative and lumping all pyramids under the heading of “tombs”, especially Giza, do the authors no favors. Dating controversies are mentioned but “accepted” timelines are basically adhered to. For…[Read more]

An essay on Sekret Machines follows the lead essay on Samuel Weiser’s Bookstore.
The Sekret Machines essay may be of interest to anyone who studied Julian Jaynes’ “The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind”.
For oldsters pressed for…[Read more] -
Thanks for the update Tim. Whether intentional or not I like your spelling of ufology – Ufoology – since most of it is storytelling.

I’m about 80% through the book. It is interesting but not as groundbreaking as I had hoped. It need to re-read some parts where loads of seemingly disconnected things are connected. Really liked the opening and looked forward to the 2nd and 3rd volumes. This book would be good for someone not as well versed in the field. Much of it I know now…[Read more]

One thing that sort of bothers me is broadening the ‘definition’ of the phenomenon to include Sumerian gods, etc. Really not sure about that. Doesn’t jibe with the idea of UFO occupants ala Keel or Vallee. I’m a bit uncomfortable with that. I’ve finished the book, it sagged in the middle a little but ended fairly well. I agree it’s not as…[Read more]

At this time when so many around the world are celebrating holy days and feasts, I pray for blessings for all who keep festival and holy days, and I also pray for blessings for those who do not. May both Life and Freedom be gifts that one day all human beings cherish, guard, and guarantee for each other.

Exactly. Now we know and now it can be fixed.
(I think she’ll win, after a contentious runoff.) Then after she’s in office for 2 months, she’ll embrace NATO and the EU. Joking, hope not. -

Due to a “computer error” French citizens living outside of France will be able to vote twice in the first round of the Presidential election certainly almost guaranteeing that Marine Le Pen will lose:

If true this would be shocking. And if “somebody” knows about this “error”, then “somebody” could repair it. Anyway, it highlights the problem of computer fraud in elections.

Looking for an unknown submarine off CA coast. My guess its N. Korea. Could be Russian and or China… But if i had to bet it is our favorite villain as his boats are mostly deisel. I may be wrong but yet a clue as we are on a prelude to war.

If it exists, it could belong to one of those “non-State actors” mentioned occasionally…

Perhaps like Spector in the Bond movies. The problem with that scenario is as of this moment there is no indication the Russians or China is missing any of their old fleet boats and most are not sea worthy. Also to build a submarine is a very complex and difficult task. Our trident ballistic missile boats are the most complex piece of machinery…[Read more]

If they are actually looking for something, it may be a “USO” – unidentified submerged object. The “Deep State” is just as concerned with them as with aerial sightings…

Research interlude. Book on the roots of “Yankee” power in post-war Japan. I haven’t read it and don’t know if it references the gold issue. The same publisher issued the important book by Alvarez on espionage and the Vatican.
