Hard one to grasp here. I think that my mind has finally snapped..
Now, I fully agree, Im not a scientist and its more than likely that I havent grasped the physics behind what
they are proposing with these Brevets…
However.. My hyper-dimensional GDS BS detector isnt blinking away like crazy.. so it may just be that I’m crazy instead.
Forget about hurricanes being weaponised.. I think that the PTB are trying to weaponise the planet..

I think that the PTB’s are weaponising the planet, to shoot out balls of energy that blows up stuff, then it EM’s everything,
then hard Xrays everything..(because Overkill Baby!!) which.. would.. be a Great weapon to blow up incoming Alien Motherships..

So… basically .I think.. (ouch) that these techs can be used to make a big plasma ring in space..that these bozos are going
to use to make the Maurader concept..(well.. actually they went well past concept with the first test, then it got
blackop’d and no one heard about it anymore…) go SPACE SIDE.. (I thinking about DARPA getting greenlighted into Space
again..)

Relativistic plasmas in physics are plasmas for which relativistic corrections to a particle’s mass and velocity are
important. Such corrections typically become important when a significant number of electrons reach speeds greater
than 0.86c
A plasma double layer Double layer (plasma physics)

A double layer is a structure in a plasma consisting of two parallel layers of opposite electrical charge with a
arge potential drop and layer separation, may accelerate electrons to relativistic velocities, and produce synchrotron
radiation.

Synchrotron radiation :

Synchrotron radiation (also known as magnetobremsstrahlung) is the electromagnetic radiation emitted when charged
particles are accelerated radially, i.e., when they are subject to an acceleration perpendicular to their velocity.

If the particle is non-relativistic, then the emission is called cyclotron emission. If, on the other hand, the particles
are relativistic, sometimes referred to as ultrarelativistic (when its speed is very close to the speed of light), the
emission is called synchrotron emission.

Synchrotron radiation may be achieved artificially in synchrotrons or storage rings, or naturally by fast electrons
moving through magnetic fields. The radiation produced in this way has a characteristic polarization and the frequencies
generated can range over the entire electromagnetic spectrum which is also called continuum radiation.

Synchrotron radiation has two important effects: it makes the gyration frequency dependent on the energy (velocity) of
the electron, and it causes strong beaming of the electron’s dipole emission.

Properties of synchrotron radiation

Broad Spectrum (which covers from microwaves to hard X-rays): the users can select the wavelength required for their experiment;
High Flux: high intensity photon beam allows rapid experiments or use of weakly scattering crystals;
High Brilliance: highly collimated photon beam generated by a small divergence and small size source (spatial coherence);
High Stability: submicron source stability;
Polarization: both linear and circular;
Pulsed Time Structure: pulsed length down to tens of picoseconds allows the resolution of process on the same time scale.

When high-energy particles are in acceleration, including electrons forced to travel in a curved path by a magnetic field,
synchrotron radiation is produced. This is similar to a radio antenna, but with the difference that, in theory,
the relativistic speed will change the observed frequency due to the Doppler effect(The Doppler effect (or the Doppler shift) is the change in frequency or wavelength of a wave for an observer who is
moving relative to the wave source.) by the Lorentz factor (The Lorentz factor or Lorentz term is the factor by which time,
length, and relativistic mass change for an object while that object is moving)

Just so we know.. the process described above, to me, seems VERY similier to the MARAUDER weapon technology..
