Grant Cameron relates a story about Jesse Marcel being invited to a meeting in a sub-basement of the Capitol building….references Strieber’s Majestic book… and at about 1hr 20 minutes Cameron speculates about a hypothetical President putting information into an envelope and later releasing it…. now, where have we heard this lately ?
