Folks, there is a new cover for the McCarthy book, courtesy of Walter Bosley. Unfortunately, it also wiped out all the nice reviews people gave me, so if you see this, could you please repost your reviews? I am still having trouble with the website and it does not look like it will be resolved soon.

The “nice reviews” of the earlier version of the book are not lost. Click on Ratings and Reviews, then click on > Find Reviews for Previous Versions.
I’m still waiting for your book, but Bosley’s Napoleon book has arrived: can’t put it down!
