Im in Texas.Boy, you are dedicated to the chat 🙂 to get up so early, but yes, good bits and pieces come out of the pre-chat. Im rather late to the game. Ive only recently discovered the Byte Show archives, which have really been such a game changer for me. Ive always been interested in early church theology and what separates eastern from roman. Also studied various strains of gnostic thought, esoteric blah blah and blah blah and just got sooooo bored with the new age angle of self glorification. Our doc is amazingly knowledgeable on so many fronts, an amazing mind. and he’s kind and doesnt pontificate. So I have lots to catch up on! Ive been going back to the earlier vidchats to pick up a little speed. Its so nice to listen, because I can do busy work/other things at the same time. Ive got a busy friday afternoon, so I hope to jump in later when I can sit down and be present. Its a bit daunting to be on the chat and focus on the questions that Dr Farrell’s answering 🙂 But I’ll be there!

Hi Harvey, I don’t suppose you live in Houston? That’s my family name. Your lucky – you get to listen to all those interviews, and there are some fantastic interviews. I agree with you regarding Dr Joseph, he’s a good man. He’s polite and considerate, and has time for everyone. And what a mind! I’m guessing you’ll find his tome most interesting. I have an e-copy, one day I’ll get around to reading it. Hopefully! See you in the vidchat.
