Question for Members Who Regularly Attend the Vidchats (a question we left OUT of the survey (survey is now closed), so if you did or didn’t take the survey, you could help out here!)… What is your understanding of how to submit questions to Dr. Farrell in advance of a vidchat (e.g. a) Via the form on the Contact Page of this website, b) via email to a specific email address, c) via Facebook direct message, d) via some other method (which is?), e) no freaking clue, f) One of the above (which one) but also I wish you’d post the vidchats in advance, so we could just post our questions in the comment section, and see each other’s questions that way in advance! Plus there’s be a written record of it. (Bad idea?!?)

I think it’s common knowledge amongst ppl who have posted or lurked long enough – I know it is shared out pretty much every session in the chat – which is getting busier and busier, btw.
For me, its a combo of b) and e) – I think the correct means is to post to vardas3@gmail.com with a subject header in ALL CAPS (so it is noticed as a vidchat question), but that is simply rolling it out from memory.
Perhaps a form or auto-email from the menus above to submit questions would streamline it?
Other answers? So you guys are sending to a gmail address? That’s consensus?
I wasn’t aware of the vardas3 email – is this the one we’re suppose to use?

Emailed to all full members over the holiday (to the email address in their profiles). If anyone is a full member and didn’t get it, verify the email address in your Giza profile, check that email address’s SPAM filter. All we can say for sure is we sent it 🙂

Aha!! I had to change my email address when I read this. I didn’t get this message but it was my fault. New email on my profile as of this date.
Sent mine (first one ever) to a hotmail.com email address, with “VIDCHAT QUESTIONS & COMMENTS” in the subject line. Not sure if that was right, but I know Dr. Farrell received it.
I think it would be nice to have a transcript of member’s vidchat questions, by whatever means, whether before or after the vidchat. Not sure how people feel about that. Maybe give members the option of having their question posted or available somewhere.
Well, I’ve tried a) contact form, (last week but it appears it was not received for 12/4 vidchat b) direct email to gizadeathstar@gmail.com this week (resend of last week’s) but I have no idea if it was received and e) I really have no clue as to what option works best or simply works. It would be helpful to have specific written instructions in the member area; maybe even a members only contact form.
BTW I did get the survey but it went to spam and I didn’t notice it until today – survey was closed when I tried it.
