If I were to guess, it has to do with Dr. Farrell cutting over to a new platform instead of YouTube. I’m guessing they’re not loading because they’re being migrated over and the links are dead. This is entirely a shot from the hip, as he’s mentioned he’s seeking another place to reach his followers.

  The member vidchats are all working properly. The issue is localized to the one user’s experience (see issue#1 on the support page). The fact that most members can see and interact w. the videos fine is illustrated by the number of comments on each video, indicating people are watching them. 🙂

    Vidchats are confirmed to work for me – webinars and other videos do not. I have attempted multiple browsers and devices, as instructed. Last time I viewed a webinar was Wednesday, 11 AUG

    There IS a problem with videos prior to 2021 which we’re looking into. Current ones play fine. We’ll post a support resolution in the forum sidebar as soon as we have the pre-2021 video issue licked. But the other videos are showing fine.
