Well folks I have finished the new book, and if anyone had doubts about the connection between “us” and the “universe”, those doubts just vanished.

G’Day BC, that’s a good question. Personally I am going to have to read it again to try and “squeeze” out some questions. If there are questions about the book, in say tomorrow’s vid chat, then so be it, but I think it’s like you say, it’s a bit too early.

A lot of us think that Shiloh was playing with you, she has you wound around her little paws. Maybe she will start charging you for an appearance fee.

She DOES “game the system” for treats after going outside. It’s been a struggle to house train her, and then also to try to get her settled down from whatever abuse she had before. Plus I’m still leaning her moods and whines and so on.

Yea I know… I occasionally look for updates on these old boys and girls on Youtube… my father worked for the railroad, as did his younger brother… so I’ve always been fascinated by these. They seem somehow alive with their snorting, huffing, and puffing….

My grandfather also, on MKT operating crossing switches and other duties. There was a big love for steam locomotives in the family and we had several model train layouts which were fun to build and play.

I JUST finished chapter eight, with one more, plus an appendix, to go, and I THINK maybe, just MAYBE, I managed to pull this whole “philosophical angle” off, even when discussing nuts and bolts… or in this case, frequencies and modulation.

Hooray! Sounds tricky, like a picture puzzle with pieces that have to fit together just right to make the subject appear properly . . . still not a clue inspite of the many hints scattered here and there.

Anybody else smell “footnote” here. Well looks like we might get it before the holiday season. I also wonder if Shiloh will get a mention on the acknowledgement page, she must have been some sort of help.

Many footnotes, and lots of paring to keep the page count relatively low for self-publishing, to keep the cost low to the reader. Plus I’m trying to avoid certain oft repeated areas in the topic, and concentrate on the philosophical angles… so yes, I’m hoping to have it done soon.

And why is one of them flying in an opposite direction? One thing I will keep repeating.. Intersteller flight will require hollowed out asteroids or… moons..
