Yep you got that right Enrico. I’ve owned the Barracuda since July last year, but it’s only in the last 2 weeks that I’m satisfied with the way she’s running. Big Chrysler car show in 2 weeks at Albury NSW. Can’t wait!

I was going to have a Time Traveling Party next week but everybody told me they didn’t like it.
Maybe we’ll do it last year instead. -

Mildly amusing joke:
“The best time to attack Russia, enjoy:
This past September, in one of his regular interviews with the newspaper Parlamentní Listy, retired Czech Major General Hynek Blaško commented on the possibility of a conflict between Russia and NATO with a following anecdote:
“I have seen a popular joke on the Internet about Obama and h…[Read more] -

I recently bought some books about my favorite artistic era and its aesthetic, the Baroque. In reading some of these books all night, I discovered – in one of those “discoveries” that was both a surprise, and yet, fully expected – that it has much to do with the book I am researching and planning to begin writing this year.
-
Fascinating how that works, isn’t it 😉

Indeed!

@joseph i just wanted to mention: im just getting used to how to get around in here. For instance, come in, and see what Joseph may have said, (or someone else I make friends with :–) so….. bare/bear w/ me.. OK.. that said.
Joseph, I’ve finally gotten enough content on “where you are” in relation to your belief guidelines/barriers and…[Read more]

Okay, I’ve been peering and squinting and I reckon it’s a Charger !?
-
1969 Plymouth Barracuda, running the killer 340, 650 spread-bore Holley, 2 1/2″ stainless steel exhaust. Li’l Beastie is my pride and joy! Jeff has a ’68 Charger but I think he’s waiting on on a period-correct radiator. Still.
-
My husband has a Plymouth Fury 1967 (?) It’s beautiful!
-
My friend who sold me the Barracuda had a 1971 Plymouth Fury, straight from the American embassy guy who owned it. Great cars!

Received a copy of Walter Bosley’s latest round of intriguing speculation on Ambrose Bierce and all things airships – Destination Carcosa. Some readers may accuse Mr B of spotting secret agents lurking behind every bush, and there may be a grain of truth in that accusation, but as far as secret agents go, it takes one to know one, and at least…[Read more]

Carcosa is the next book on my ‘to read’ list . . . as soon as I’m finished with Shimmering Light, which I think has enough personal knowledge to justify some speculations 😉 Mr. B is working on a new (secret) project . . . we’re all wondering what it could be! He’d enjoy your comments Tim . . .

Thanks Margaret, Walter and I have just been discussing footnotes in Destination Carcosa. I think it’s turning out to be one of his best yet.

Well I guess not. I have tested a new microphone, a professional studio quality mic, and so far it sounds good. I hope this will make vidchats and dialogues better sound quality. Keep your fingers crossed I wired everything correctly. If there’s a major blackout in the USA, you’ll know I didn’t!

If folks exclusively follow mainstream media, they will only see starving children in South America. Truth of the matter NO NO & NO there is a high culture going on down there. Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Panama etc. Dig and you will see a High Culture is being preserved. They have kept it HIDDEN !
In the upcoming weeks we have…[Read more]

I urge all the Gizar-brainiacs to ponder the implications in the new webinar; if the flawed consti tutional document is viewed as a group-person, bolstered by intent and belief, are we looking at a new manifestation of the doctrine of inherited sin ? Is this a facsimilie of the Yahwist visage ?

Beautiful music. In the manner of Solomon controlling lesser spirits I use the musical resonances of works such as PAL as a means to banish the demon of “junk” music that is forced on to me in most public places. Assuming authority and inserting a musical image from antiquity into my modern life might actually be an analogical magic moving from…[Read more]

I too often think of such music in this fashion, as banning the demons of mediocrity, the demons of “simplicity” and “modernity” and “originality”… so-called modern music, if it survives at all, will survive as a curiosity, to be listened to in academic courses as examples of “what people used to hear”. It will never possess the timelessness of…[Read more]

“Thrice Great” material: the Sinclairs. They have popped up in relation to genealogies, DNA research, the Knights Templar, Freemasonry. Homepage shows a mermaid,, hinting at ancient pre-human roots (as in the Sumerian “fish costumes”)
