I’ve noticed Rich does that when he has a potentially excellent guest on, guests that can take a subject and run with it, or guests that are much more knowledgeable about the subject matter than he is. Having worked in the tech sector for about 15 years, I can see why people might become unstable:
– constant, incomplete, shifting projects;
– many “products” not really products but just marketing wrap around “happy” accidents of success;
– no real, substantive communication between “sales”, ” engineering” and “finance”;

This Arctic plan is great! There is already rail link connecting Southern Finland to Russia and China. You can travel from Helsinki to Moscow by train, and from there using the Trans-Siberian railway, to Russian Far East and China.
