@joseph You might be disappointed if it’s not in VENICE; but Turin is supposed to be Italy’s “magic city” with special alignments. When I was in Japan I was careful to queue up etc. as everyone else did. On rural trains things were easier: you just get on and off!

I only spent a few days in Tokyo but it was fascinating to see how there is this sense of expectation that “you too will keep things smooth flowing for everyone”… it almost floated in the air
