What I meant by perfect spot is is that Georgia has a border with Russia so biological weapon can be easly transported and is a total vassal state controlled by CIA or GRU depending what Georgian officials sold to whome and for how much. Most of the former Soviet republics are now a battle ground of intelligence agencies CIA GRU , MOSSAD etc.

Related to “Microcosm and Medium”. In the classic “In Search of the Miraculous” by P.D. Ouspensky, a distillation of Gurdjieff’s teachings by the Russian philosopher, there are detailed sections on the significance of musical octaves, for example how variants in wave forms impact on day to day events in the microcosm.
