Those factories will never open, there is not a sufficient industrial and cultural milieu there; they would have to use mostly foreign workers, even to “3D-print” material, and that would defeat the purpose. In the meantime, the usual folks will reap fees on “feasibility studies”…

These elections won’t be settled over-night, a couple of weeks is the norm for the Italian parliament to get it’s act together, and anything could happen between now and then.

I hope that the eurosceptic parties can form a coalition!
